Scope Of Work

Unique Challenge

Limited Light, Dated Layout, and Worn-Out Surface

Originally a rental property, the kitchen was cramped and falling apart. The floors showed heavy wear, and the main floor was dark due to lack of natural light and minimal overhead illumination. With the homeowner now moving in, the challenge was to refresh every detail—removing popcorn ceilings, improving lighting, and optimizing the layout—within a tight timeline.

Crafting a Functional, Contemporary Living Space

We began by understanding the homeowner’s vision for a bright, open layout. Our design plan included removing a load-bearing wall to expand the kitchen, installing soft-closing shaker cabinets for a modern yet classic look, and selecting quartz countertops for both style and durability. Updated flooring, fresh paint, and strategically placed potlights completed the transformation—turning a cluttered floor plan into a warm, functional space.
